The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim developer Bethesda has filed another trademark related to the open-world RPG. With their latest filing, they are trying to claim ownership of the term "Dragonborn." Could they be developing a new game under this name?

"Skyrim" fans have been anticipating an upcoming downloadable content expansion since the game was released in November 2011. Bethesda recently announced that it will be called "Dawnguard," but a new patent just filed has fans wondering what these means for their favorite open-roam RPG.
"Dragonborn" is a key phrase in Skyrim's lore. It refers to a person who is able to speak the language of dragons like the protagonist of the game. By using certain dragon shouts, they can unleash devastating power in battle. Bethesda previously trademarked one of the famously used shouts in the game such as, "Fus Ro Dah."

However, just hours after the release, Blizzard forums were flooded with complaints about the crashing servers of the game due to a lot of players trying to enter "hell." Blizzard fixed the issues concerning the servers.

Developers at Blizzard said that the problem with overloaded and crashed servers for the new Diablo 3 was fixed, and gamers may now reenter "hell".
It has been 12 years since Diablo 2 came out, and loyal fans are finally getting their hands on the latest Diablo game. However, excited gamers were greeted by error messages and crashed servers due to the overwhelming demand and login traffic.

"We're currently performing urgent maintenance in North America to resolve a variety of issues affecting the game. As a result of this maintenance, though, we anticipate that players will experience some interruption in communication, ability to log in, use of in-game features (like creating or joining games), and disconnections. This error may be a direct symptom of the ongoing maintenance," Blizzard reassured gamers in its forums.

Highly-anticipated Diablo 3 just hit the market and gamers went to purchase a copy. However, just hours after the game was released, gamers complain about the errors. Gamers found it difficult to enter the game's servers due to the overwhelming numbers of users.
Just this morning, forums heated up with complaints for an error message when attempting to connect with the servers that are necessary for the game.

With the iPhone 5 release date still unconfirmed, rumors are spreading that Apple is planning a "nano" version of its next-generation smartphone, due to be released most likely in June or September 2012.
According to the tech site, the smaller dock connector is being implemented. However, the company has not yet decided on the screen size or aspect ratio. The Home button will still be present.  If change will be implemented on the screen size, it will not be bigger than 4-inches.

Apple in Australia and in other countries dropped the branding of the iPad 3 as 4G capable and replaced it with the term "WiFi + Cellular" to avoid lawsuits from consumers.

Apple is being forced to refund customers who purchased the new iPad Wi-Fi and 4G as the 4G element does not work down under.
